Sales Support (Logistics)

Job Summary

Support freight forwarding operations by preparing shipment quotations, coordinating with internal teams and overseas agents, maintaining customer records, and managing customer communications to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support freight forwarding operations.
• Prepare freight quotations for air, sea, and land shipments based on customer requirements.
• Work closely with operations, pricing teams, and overseas agents to obtain accurate rates and service information.
• Follow up on quotations, customer enquiries, and sales leads.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and rate agreements.
• Manage customer correspondence relating to quotations, documentation, and service enquiries.
• Support onboarding of new customers to ensure smooth integration.
• Perform ad-hoc duties to support team objectives.
• Work independently and apply problem-solving skills to operational challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum: 1 year experience in logistics / shipping environment
