Work Type: 5-Month Contract

Salary: Up to $ 4,000 per month

What you will be working on?

• Develop and implement integrated communications plans across mainstream media, social media, digital platforms, and marketing channels, ensuring alignment whole-of-government messaging priorities.
• Manage the social media presence across platforms (e.g TikTok, Telegram), including content sourcing, creation, scheduling, and performance monitoring, to grow the digital reach and community engagement.
• Produce and manage editorial content, eg Annual Report, by working with appointed vendors and internal stakeholders to develop compelling, on-brand content that keeps residents and stakeholders informed of programmes.
• Implement branding and marketing initiatives including the production of marketing collateral, in-house videos, infographics, and photography.
• Support media management efforts by drafting media advisories, press releases, talking points, and spokesperson briefing materials, and by monitoring media coverage to recommend timely responses.
• Administer Common-based Programmes by consolidating progress reports, coordinating with stakeholders to verify invoices against approved budgets, and supporting event logistics including attendance and registration management
• Support procurement and budget tracking for communications-related goods and services, ensuring compliance with government procurement procedures and prudent utilisation of resources.

• Comfortable managing administrative, finance and procurement-related tasks
