Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a performance-driven and customer-focused Telemarketing Agent to join our growing team. This role plays key part in driving revenue and customer engagement through in/out-bound interactions, lead qualification, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate thrives in target-oriented environment, demonstrates strong communication skills, and is dedicated to delivering high service standards while maintaining compliance and operational discipline.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales,or customer service.
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Able to work in structured environment with performance tracking systems (e.g. CRM and Tableau
  • Familiar with appointment scheduling, SLA metrics, and compliance protocols.
  • Able to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive a ttitude.
