Job Summary

Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets while promoting Pilates classes and wellness programs. Develop sales strategies, build client relationships, and collaborate with instructors to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Promote Pilates classes, membership packages, and wellness programs to attract and retain clients
  • Provide professional consultation and deliver excellent customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies to increase membership and revenue
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare detailed sales reports, and identify opportunities for business growth
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and member engagement activities to boost studio visibility and participation
  • Collaborate closely with Pilates instructors and studio management to ensure an outstanding customer experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, beauty, or hospitality industries
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach
  • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays based on roster
