Job Responsibilities

• Support laboratory technologists and the laboratory team in daily operations
• Assist with specimen collection, processing, and laboratory testing activities
• Perform phlebotomy duties where required while providing professional patient care
• Verify patient identity and maintain strict patient confidentiality at all times
• Clarify laboratory orders with clinical teams when necessary to ensure accurate and timely specimen processing
• Communicate laboratory test information accurately to healthcare professionals while adhering to established verification procedures
• Perform clerical and administrative duties to support laboratory workflow

Requirements

• Diploma in Chemical Process Technology (CPT), Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, or a related discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and numbers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work in the Central area
