We are a Civil &Structural consultancy firm involved in many Good Class Bungalow (GCB) and landed residential projects.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Design Engineer to design Good Class Bungalow (GCB).
Responsibilities
- Lead civil and structural design for Good Class Bungalow and landed house projects to meet client specifications and regulatory standards.
- Prepare detailed engineering calculations, technical drawings, and submissions for authorities to secure project approvals.
- Utilize AutoCAD and relevant design software to develop precise design documentation and plans.
- Ensure all designs comply with Singapore’s building codes and regulations.
- Manage project tasks independently, demonstrating responsibility and proactive.
- Apply strong IT skill to support design and documentation processes.
- Demonstrate passion and commitment to designing high-end residential houses that meet client expectations.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working on bungalow or Good Class Bungalow projects, contributing to design and delivery excellence.
