Patient Service Associate | Healthcare Clinic #HDC

Join a patient-focused healthcare team where you'll play an important role in delivering a positive patient experience while supporting clinicians and daily clinic operations. Full training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Register patients and ensure accurate record management
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Attend to patients' enquiries with professionalism and care
• Assist with basic patient screening according to established procedures
• Perform referral coordination, payment collection, checkout, and administrative duties
• Support the clinic team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Minimum N Levels, O Levels, A Levels or Diploma in any discipline
• No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided
• Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
• Available to start work within a short notice period
