Job Responsibilities
- Contact applicants via phone to follow up on outstanding documents
- Handle inbound and outbound phone enquiries professionally
- Provide courteous customer support over the phone
- Perform administrative duties including data entry, scanning, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with general office administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Minimum A Levels or Diploma in any discipline
- Available to commit for a minimum of 3 months
- Able to start work within a short notice period
- Prior experience is not required as comprehensive training will be provided
