Job Responsibilities

  • Contact applicants via phone to follow up on outstanding documents
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone enquiries professionally
  • Provide courteous customer support over the phone
  • Perform administrative duties including data entry, scanning, filing, and document preparation
  • Assist with general office administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Minimum A Levels or Diploma in any discipline
  • Available to commit for a minimum of 3 months
  • Able to start work within a short notice period
  • Prior experience is not required as comprehensive training will be provided
