Key Responsibilities

• Lead and engage the Retail Change Management (RCM) team in preparing andsubmitting Change Requests (CRs).

• Review and validate CR submissions in alignment with System DevelopmentMethodology (SDM) governance standards.

• Monitor CR capacity against quarterly release budgets and ensure alignment withplanning.

• Track and report CR progress to ensure timely delivery within businesstimelines and release calendars.

• Facilitate and conduct Delivery Steering Committee meetings across SoutheastAsia markets to provide CR updates and drive alignment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage the end-to-end CRlifecycle, ensuring the CR backlog is accurately maintained.

• Participate in CR discussions with business and technology teams, proactivelyidentifying risks and defining mitigation plans and next steps.
