ARCHITECT / ARCHITECTURAL ASSOCIATE

We are looking for a motivated and committed Architect /Architectural Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Undertake architectural design and project coordination.
- Manage projects from design development through construction.
- Prepare drawings, authority submissions and contract documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and relevant authorities.
- Attend site meetings and support project delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with design intent, quality and programme.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture from a recognised university.
- Registered Architect with the Board of Architects, Singapore, or an architectural graduate with a recognised degree.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Singapore.
- Good design, technical and project management skills.
- Familiar with local authority requirements and submission procedures.
- Proficient in Revit/BIM and AutoCAD.
- Able to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
