Customer Implementation Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring timely communication and support throughout the implementation process.

• Assist in coordinating virtual teams across various regions to facilitate customer implementation projects, focusing on service onboarding and re-implementation.

• Document business and system processes, creating comprehensive customer process documentation.

• Collaborate with departments such as sales, operations, and IT to gather essential information for seamless operational setup.

• Prepare reports to keep stakeholders updated on project progress.

• Oversee Hyper Care activities with operations, ensuring customer shipment stability during transitions while adhering to established protocols.

• Collect and assess feedback from clients and internal teams to identify process improvement opportunities and refine documentation prior to handover to the program team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma with 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing or coordination role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• Proven teamwork skills, effectively collaborating with both in-person and virtual teams across diverse locations.

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional multitasking abilities to manage multiple deadlines.

• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.

• Customer-oriented mindset dedicated to enhancing the client experience.

• Proactive in identifying and resolving issues, escalating complex challenges as needed.

• Eagerness to learn new logistics software with a keen interest in automation.
