Workplace Strategist (1 Year Contract)

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of innovative workplace strategies that align with business objectives and enhance employee experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight on workplace designs to ensure they align with business goals and future-of-work principles.

• Develop and refine workplace strategies based on evolving business objectives, current trends, and user insights.

• Utilize workplace analytics to inform strategic recommendations and optimize space utilization.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for successful project delivery and alignment.

• Communicate the workplace strategy and its value proposition effectively across various stakeholders.

• Develop and deliver compelling presentations for senior leadership and project teams.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging workplace practices.

• Manage multiple strategic initiatives concurrently.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Analytics, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in workplace design, strategy, or related roles, including interaction with senior project team members.

• Strong expertise in workplace analytics and converting insights into actionable strategy.

• Proven ability to review and provide strategic input on design proposals.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong presentation capability.

• Experience engaging senior stakeholders effectively.

• Familiarity with analytical tools for workplace data.
