As a Teller, you will be the frontline representative of OCBC, providing efficient over-the-counter banking services while delivering a consistently high standard of customer experience. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate transaction processing, building customer relationships, and promoting digital banking adoption.
Deliver a consistently high-quality and personalised service experience aligned with OCBC’s service standards.
Proactively engage customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Handle cash transactions, customer enquiries and resolve service issues professionally and promptly.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Who you are
Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.
Prior experience in cash handling and customer service preferred.
Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
