The job directly reports to Country Managing Director, matrix reporting to Market Unit Vice President Operations.

This role is accountable for operational performance (including daily productivity management, waste elimination, best practice implementation, and cost of revenue management), customer satisfaction, and team development. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational management to ensure Brink's remains a benchmark for excellence across Singapore markets.

Principal Accountabilities (What the role will deliver - bullet points should be broad, focus on outcomes rather than specific tasks and be suitable for all people undertaking the role e.g. "Ensure that the team complies with procedures to manage risk to staff and third parties. Ensure that high quality risk assessments are carried out in line with guidance and monitor compliance with safety procedures.")

  • Champion and lead a "Stop and Fix" World-Class Operations Management culture transformation by sustaining structured daily tiered accountability meetings and actively encouraging problem-solving among operations stakeholders.
  • Provides the overall leadership and responsibility of entire operation management including Branch execution (External and internal operations), Operations Support, Admin and Facility.
  • Possess the authority to make strategic decisions related to Operations operational activities and lead the Operational team for all branches.
  • Align the strategic directions and business objectives with Top Management, translate into holistic Business and operations strategies achieving business goal within country level.
  • Own the cost of revenue and drive cost efficiency.
  • Build strong partnerships with senior leadership, functional teams, and clients to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Lead Global and regional transformation initiatives including standardization, automation, and process improvement.
  • Build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and development.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and engagement across all levels in organization.
