As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience — from first contact through to after-sales service. You will collaborate across internal teams and global networks to deliver trusted solutions that strengthen customer relationships and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination & Customer Management: Support the sales team in pre-sales activities, manage customer inquiries, and ensure a smooth acquisition-to-delivery process

Quotation & Proposal Management: Prepare accurate quotations and pricing proposals in collaboration with technical and commercial teams

Project & Order Coordination: Monitor and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring timely updates, documentation, and stakeholder alignment

Administrative & Reporting Tasks: Maintain sales documentation, CRM updates, and assist with reporting to support business continuity

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with local and international business units to coordinate sales activities and pre-sales requirements (e.g., NDAs, account setups)

Key Requirement

Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration/ Commerce or related disciplines

Min. 2 years of experience in inside sales, sales support/ sales operations (preferably B2B / technical industry)

Strong proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with ERP tools

Excellent communication and organistinal skills

Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach

Strong attention to detail and time management

Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented
