Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 10-12 Telesales officers to achieve individual as well as team sales targets on unsecured loans in line with business objectives.
- Work with Acquisition Lead to achieve individual as well as team sales targets.
- Lead and coach the team of Telesales officers to hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive team performance.
- Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide ongoing feedback and training to ensure continuous development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and support the overall business objectives.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and a customer-centric approach. Requirements
- Experienced in a sales management or team leadership role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of the unsecured loans market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Proficient in the use of relevant sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools and technologies.
