Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 10-12 Telesales officers to achieve individual as well as team sales targets on unsecured loans in line with business objectives.
  • Work with Acquisition Lead to achieve individual as well as team sales targets.
  • Lead and coach the team of Telesales officers to hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive team performance.
  • Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide ongoing feedback and training to ensure continuous development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and support the overall business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and a customer-centric approach. Requirements
  • Experienced in a sales management or team leadership role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of the unsecured loans market.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Proficient in the use of relevant sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools and technologies.
