About The Role

Join Accenture as a Contact Center Workforce Management Specialist and play a key role in optimizing operational performance through effective workforce planning and analysis. You will contribute to delivering high-quality business processes, enhancing efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform core business process transactions in line with established procedures and delivery standards
  • Apply workforce management expertise to support contact center capacity planning, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security requirements, and risk management standards
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold high standards of operational excellence
  • Support initiatives that drive quality, productivity, and business process optimization
  • Contribute to problem-solving discussions and continuous improvement activities within the team

What we need

  • Advanced proficiency in Contact Center Workforce Management
  • Advanced proficiency in Customer Service Assessment and Planning
  • Proven ability to follow defined processes while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage risk and ensure compliance in operational processes
  • Effective collaboration and teamwork skills
  • High School Diploma or GED in a relevant field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Reporting Design & Development skills
  • Intermediate Process Analysis experience
  • Intermediate Quality Assurance knowledge
  • Basic Data Interpretation skills
  • Foundational communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
