Job Title: Security Officer (SO)
Location: Raffles Place
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 | No work on Public Holidays or weekends
Position Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of providing exceptional service while maintaining a secure environment for staff, customers, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Access Control
- Emergency Response
- Incident Reporting:
- Investigate and report suspicious activity.
- Detain violators when necessary and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare clear and accurate incident reports for management and law enforcement.
- Customer Service:
- Assist and guide customers, including directing them to the bank’s queue management system.
- Provide a professional and courteous point of contact for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels or NITEC.
- Previous experience in a bank branch environment is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
