Designation: Retail Sales Advisor

Manager: Senior Retail Operations Executive

Responsibilities of the employees, including but not limited to the following:

    Promote Tempur Range: Designated at retail counters to showcase and promote the Tempur range of luxury bedding products.

      Premium Consultation: Interact with customers to offer premium solutions, suggest products, and assist them in the buying process with personalized, high-end consultation.

        Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide customers with the most accurate and comprehensive information.

          Customer Service: Handle customer enquiries and emails in a polite, prompt, and professional manner.

            Complaint Resolution: Receive customer complaints and suggest necessary solutions to address the issue effectively.

              Inventory Management: Initiate stock replenishment, conduct inventory checks, perform housekeeping, and ensure product visual merchandising standards are adhered to.

                Team Collaboration: Work together with peers to achieve monthly individual and store targets as a cohesive team.

                  Brand Ambassador: Be a passionate brand ambassador, able to connect with customers and represent Tempur's values.

                    Customer Relationship: Build and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat sales and referrals.

                      Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with cross-department teams to ensure customer satisfaction is met.

                        Maintain a high level of after-sales service to all valued customers

                        Hours of work: 176 hours per month, working hours as rostered by your supervisor

                        Counter sales target incentive : S$150.00

                          Upon achieving his/her counter sales target set by your Supervisor/Manager

                          Pillows & Accessories : 1% of sale price

                                    Fitted Sheets

                                      Tempur Manufactured Mattress Covers

                                        Top-ups from F.O.C pillows and accessories

                                          Mattresses, Beds & Sofas :

                                            20% to 39% of personal target – 1% commission

                                              40% to 64% of personal target – 2% commission

                                                65% to 99% of personal target – 3% commission

                                                  100% & above of personal target – 3.5% commission

                                                  Any receipt discount or lump sum discount applied will be deducted against the sale amount of mattresses/bedframes/adjustables on the same sales slip.
