- Design, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

- Develop and configure workflows, rules, and policies within the SailPoint platform to meet business requirements.

- Integrate SailPoint with various enterprise systems, applications, and directories for seamless identity lifecycle management.

- Perform regular system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality of IAM solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define IAM strategies, and implement best practices.

- Conduct access reviews, role mining, and role engineering to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

- Provide technical expertise and support for IAM-related incidents, service requests, and change management processes.

- Stay updated on the latest IAM trends, technologies, and security practices to continuously improve the IAM environment.

- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.

- Train and mentor junior team members on SailPoint and IAM best practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a focus on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and access certification.

- Hands-on experience with SailPoint implementation, configuration, and integration with enterprise systems.

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, BeanShell, or PowerShell for customization and automation.

- Familiarity with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP) and authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).

- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, SOX, or HIPAA.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.

- Relevant certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer or CISSP are a plus.
