Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
- Experience in Full Stack Development (Frontend + Backend).
- Excellent SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, and troubleshoot database issues.
- Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Good understanding of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Banking Domain Experience
- Proven experience working on Banking or Financial Services applications.
- Familiarity with banking processes, regulatory requirements, and enterprise application development.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.
- Exposure to DevOps practices
