Creative Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time or Contract (6-12 months)

Work Location: Serangoon

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 - 18:00

Responsibilities

- Design and create graphic assets for marketing campaigns across digital, social and print channels.

- Produce creative collateral that aligns with brand guidelines while maintaining a high standard of creativity and visual consistency.

- Create engaging visual content and artworks for Instagram and other social media platforms based on campaign objectives.

- Design daily content assets, including Instagram Stories and other short-form social content.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the team to develop impactful creative concepts and improve content performance across social platforms.

- Support the end-to-end creative production process, ensuring assets are delivered accurately and on schedule.

- Assist in planning and executing photoshoots, including styling and on-set creative support.

- Create and edit photo and video content for the brand's social media channels.

- Style flatlays and product shoots to produce visually engaging content.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing creative work for digital and social platforms.

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom.

- Basic knowledge of image editing and photo retouching techniques.

- Experience in videography and video editing, with the ability to create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok.

- Strong design fundamentals, with an eye for typography, layout, composition and visual storytelling.

- Familiarity with photography, including basic handling of DSLR or mirrorless cameras, is an advantage.

- Experience in the lifestyle, fashion, beauty or e-commerce industries is preferred.

- A proactive team player with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
