Responsibilities

  • Timely triaging, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive actions to ensure seamless change execution
  • Provide end-to-end operational support for 24x7 applications across various environments
  • Conduct real-time validation of application health and connection availability
  • Promptly address monitoring alerts and resolve user issues, both technical and functional
  • Coordinate support for change requests and deployments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Support Analyst or in a similar role
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Proficient in using monitoring tools and techniques to proactively identify and address application health concerns
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
