Responsibilities
- Timely triaging, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive actions to ensure seamless change execution
- Provide end-to-end operational support for 24x7 applications across various environments
- Conduct real-time validation of application health and connection availability
- Promptly address monitoring alerts and resolve user issues, both technical and functional
- Coordinate support for change requests and deployments.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Support Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues
- Proficient in using monitoring tools and techniques to proactively identify and address application health concerns
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
