Sales & Business Development Manager (Satellite Communications) $4K - $5.5K / Benefits: Allowance $1K + VB + OTE (West Area)

Key Duties
· Develop business development plans and sales strategies aligned with Business Unit objectives
· Engage and consult with customers to identify their connectivity needs
· Prepare and present quotations and commercial proposals
· Partner with Product Manager to craft tailored, high-quality proposals
· Deliver pre-sales assistance and after-sales support
· Execute business plans to meet sales performance targets
· Coordinate with Technical Manager for smooth sales and delivery of systems/services
· Collaborate with Network Support team on customer enquiries and relationship management
· Take on ad hoc duties as assigned by the Director
Requirements
· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering
· 4–8 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record
· Strong sales network within the Marine Industry; Maritime Satellite Services knowledge a plus
· Ex-Radio Officer experience is an advantage
· Established contacts with Ship Managers/Owners preferred
· Strong business acumen, communication, and presentation skills
