Tow Truck Driver

Job Summary

You will attend daily towing jobs across the island, assist customers with vehicle recovery, document work through photos, and complete work orders efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to dispatched towing assignments across the island to ensure timely service delivery
• Assist customers by providing clear communication and support during vehicle recovery operations
• Operate towing equipment safely and handle vehicles weighing up to 12kg as part of recovery tasks
• Capture accurate photos of vehicles and job sites to document work conditions and progress
• Complete and submit simple work orders accurately to maintain proper job records
• Use a smartphone effectively to manage job details and communicate with the team

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 3 driving license to operate tow trucks legally and safely

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate responsibility and punctuality to maintain reliable service schedules
• Exhibit friendly customer service skills to enhance customer experience
