Construction Contract Manager (Tender and Costing)
Location: Jalan Sultan
Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 6:00PM.
- Salary: $8,500 basic + performance bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
Responsibilities
Manage full spectrum of Tender process.
Review contract documents.
Cost, change and claim management.
Initiate and draft official correspondences to stakeholders.
Participate and/or lead commercial negotiation.
Monitor and manager project budget, contract revenue and cash flow.
Manage and ensure contractual compliance and conformance.
Requirements
Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
12 years of experience with at least 4 years in similar positions.
Proficient in Standard Forms of Contract (PSSCOC/SIA/REDAS)
Knowledge in contract law, SOP Act and dispute resolution.
Background in Quantity Surveying.
Experience in project with contract value in excess of $100 million.
