Requirements

  • Greet and assist prospective students and their families with the enrollment process
  • Enter and maintain accurate student information in database
  • Answer questions about programs, admission requirements, and procedures
  • Prepare and distribute admission materials, including application forms and brochures
  • Screen and process incoming applications to ensure all required information is complete
  • Track and follow up with prospective students to ensure timely completion of enrollment process
  • Maintain confidentiality of student information and comply with privacy regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to inquiries and concerns

Responsibilities

  • Previous experience in an admissions role or similar administrative position
  • Familiarity with database management systems
  • Knowledge of institutional policies and procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
