Requirements
- Greet and assist prospective students and their families with the enrollment process
- Enter and maintain accurate student information in database
- Answer questions about programs, admission requirements, and procedures
- Prepare and distribute admission materials, including application forms and brochures
- Screen and process incoming applications to ensure all required information is complete
- Track and follow up with prospective students to ensure timely completion of enrollment process
- Maintain confidentiality of student information and comply with privacy regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to inquiries and concerns
Responsibilities
- Previous experience in an admissions role or similar administrative position
- Familiarity with database management systems
- Knowledge of institutional policies and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
