SD-WAN network engineer (weekends, shift) #IKR

Note: Successful candidates need to be comfortable with working on weekends and shifts as and when required

We are looking for a highly skilled SD-WAN Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-wide SD-WAN solutions. The role requires deep expertise in network architecture, WAN optimization, and secure connectivity, along with the ability to operate in a global, high-availability environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and support SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela, Meraki, or equivalent)
• Architect and manage large-scale WAN/LAN networks ensuring high availability and performance
• Lead network transformation initiatives from traditional WAN to SD-WAN
• Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
• Manage network security including VPNs (IPSec/SSL), firewalls, segmentation
• Monitor network performance and drive optimization and resilience improvements
• Perform incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Maintain network documentation, standards, and governance
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirement:

• Degree in IT or related discipline
• Experience in Networking
• Experience in stakeholder management and vendor manager
