Lift Tester

Job Responsibilities
- Performing Adjustment, Testing and Commissioning works on Lift and Escalators.
- Ensure all Lifts and Escalators installed are safe for public usage through stringent quality checks.
- Carry out Testing of Lift and Escalators in accordance with the Company's guidelines and to fully comply with the local building code and regulations.
- Complete all required documentations of test carried out for submission.
- Record abnormalities or defective parts for rectification or replacement works to be carried out.
- Any other duties as required.
- Candidate must possess at least a minimum NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Engineering or NITEC in Building Environment (Vertical Transportation) or equivalent.
- Preferably with minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience in the same industry, and/or engineering sector.
- Physically fit and able to work in a Building Construction environment.
- Required to work at height and wear all necessary safety PPE.
- Required to move and carry heavy test weights.
- Must be able to work in a team.
- Candidate must be matured, responsible and disciplined.
