Requirements

  • Must be fluent in conversational and written English to communicate with stakeholders

  • Must have good command of MS Office applications like Word, Excel, Outlook, etc, online tools (google drive, WhatsApp, etc) and social media (eg. Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.)

  • Must enjoy communicating with people from different / diverse background

  • Must be able to perform simple editing using Adobe software

  • Must have good working attitude with willingness to learn

  • Must be well organized and enjoy paying attention to details

  • Must have the ability to think strategically and work independently

  • Must be proactive and meticulous

  • Must be able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure

Work Duties

  • Handle enquires from job seekers through various channels (eg. phone call, WhatsApp and Facebook, etc.)

  • Posting of marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and social media (Facebook & Tik Tok) presence

  • Arrange and conduct interviews

  • Communicating with foreign workers to arrange various tasks to be done, translating, counselling and ensure arrangements are being followed

  • Process various work pass applications and renewal process for selected candidates

  • Liaise with third parties to arrange transport, medical, etc.

  • Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks
