Requirements
Must be fluent in conversational and written English to communicate with stakeholders
Must have good command of MS Office applications like Word, Excel, Outlook, etc, online tools (google drive, WhatsApp, etc) and social media (eg. Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.)
Must enjoy communicating with people from different / diverse background
Must be able to perform simple editing using Adobe software
Must have good working attitude with willingness to learn
Must be well organized and enjoy paying attention to details
Must have the ability to think strategically and work independently
Must be proactive and meticulous
Must be able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
Work Duties
Handle enquires from job seekers through various channels (eg. phone call, WhatsApp and Facebook, etc.)
Posting of marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and social media (Facebook & Tik Tok) presence
Arrange and conduct interviews
Communicating with foreign workers to arrange various tasks to be done, translating, counselling and ensure arrangements are being followed
Process various work pass applications and renewal process for selected candidates
Liaise with third parties to arrange transport, medical, etc.
Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks
