5.5-day work week (alternate Saturday half-day)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate import shipments with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth and timely delivery
- Liaise with supervisors, overseas offices, and partners on daily operational and administrative activities
- Prepare and manage import/export documentation, including invoices, delivery orders, break bulk documents, and shipment reports
- Maintain accurate and well-organized shipment records in both digital and physical systems
- Handle customs permits and declarations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Follow up with terminals and airlines on shipment clearance and arrange cargo surveys when required
- Generate and prepare monthly operational reports based on customer requirements
- Support additional operational duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in general administration, sales administration, or import/export documentation
- Experience in airfreight import operations is an added advantage
