Job Description

  • Coordinate façade works from design, procurement, fabrication, and installation through to project completion, ensuring alignment with project specifications and schedules.
  • Review and coordinate technical documents, including shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and RFIs, while resolving design and site coordination issues with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor site installation to ensure façade works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
  • Conduct quality inspections and testing, including façade mock-ups, water tightness, and performance tests, and oversee defect rectification and final handover.
  • Track project progress by preparing progress reports, monitoring material deliveries, identifying potential delays, and coordinating corrective actions to maintain the construction schedule.
  • Maintain project documentation, including inspection records, as-built drawings, material approvals, NCRs, and handover documents, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.
  • Any other duties assigned by superior.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Building Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in façade coordination, façade engineering, or building envelope works, preferably on commercial or high-rise construction projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of façade systems, including curtain walls, aluminium cladding, glazing, waterproofing, sealants, and façade installation methods.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office, with BIM coordination experience being an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of construction drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and project coordination, with the ability to resolve technical and site-related issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to meet project objectives.
  • Working Location: West area and will move to Bayfront when new site office is ready.
