You'll make a difference by

  • Data Center & Platform Support: Manage the daily configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cloud or on-premises data centers using standard change management processes to ensure system stability.
  • Network Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Deploy, optimize, and troubleshoot enterprise and factory networks, including key hardware such as switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Network Security & Segmentation: Implement on-site network segmentation and access controls in alignment with cybersecurity frameworks to ensure factory floor isolation and security compliance.
  • On-Site Production Support: Resolve technical infrastructure incidents affecting factory operations, performing immediate mitigation or coordinating advanced escalations with global engineering teams.
  • Digitalization Project Collaboration: Participate actively in factory digitalization initiatives, system upgrades, and new environment deployments while maintaining alignment with global IT standards.
  • Documentation & Asset Management: Create and update network topologies, inventory records, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and incident logs to drive operational standardization.

Your defining qualities

  • Relevant Education: Holding a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Automation, or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven Professional Experience: Bringing 2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, system operations, network administration, or technical on-site support.
  • Industry Background (Preferred): Having prior experience providing IT support within manufacturing plants, production facilities, or supply chain environments.
  • Core Technical Skills: Demonstrating strong familiarity with configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise network routing, switching, and security infrastructure.
  • Problem-Solving & Communication: Possessing the ability to analyze complex technical issues, communicate clearly with cross-functional business teams, and coordinate multi-tiered technical support.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory for global team collaboration and documentation; proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous for regional vendor and team communication.
