Your impact

Our Life Sciences Team are expanding and would like to hire a Lead Electrical Engineer.

Main Duties

Develop electrical distribution system architecture in form of single line diagram with consideration of electrical operational loads, emergency and UPS power requirements,

Design of high and low voltage electrical systems, electrical loads & distribution, lighting placement, lightning protection system, earthing and grounding, data cabling distribution, access control and security monitoring, fire alarm and annunciator system applicable for various design stages, adhering to client & regulatory requirements .

Collaborate and communicate with client and project team members from various disciplines to facilitate the operational needs from the processing facilities and all other ancillary activities are met.

Support construction team through review of the shop drawings and respond to the site queries

Here's what you'll need

To be a successful candidate, you shall possess:

Minimum Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 10 years of experience in leading and designing life science/pharmaceutical type of facilities in Singapore.

Familiarity with selection and procurement of electrical equipment including but not limited to transformers, switchgears, generators, elevators.

Knowledge of the Singapore Authority requirement, interface with Singapore Power Grid, Singapore Fire Code, BCA Greenmark application and all the international electrical standards such as EEE, NEC, IEC, and local electrical codes.

Ability to design systems that meet GMP, FDA, and EMA requirements for regulated environments.

Proficiency in electrical calculation software including lighting lux level, lightning protection, electrical transient Analyzer.
