Maintenance Technician

About Company

Our client is a globally recognized Japanese food manufacturer specializing in premium soy sauce and related seasonings. The company serves markets across Southeast Asia and the Asia-Pacific region with a strong commitment to quality and innovation.

- Preventive maintenance (PM) work, repair, adjust or calibrate all equipment

- Determines causes for malfunctioning instruments and takes appropriate action to improve system reliability

- Reads and interprets mechanical and/or electrical schematics and loop drawings when necessary

- Preparation of necessary parts, tools, material for repair, PM and projects

- Conduct periodic checks on work

- Proper operation of utility equipment as well as necessary monitoring work and etc.

- Proper operation of factory facilities and systems, repair and PM as well as necessary monitoring work

- Cleaning and maintaining neat and tidy areas

- Maintain tools and parts inventory

- Report work status to Operations Supervisor/Manager without delay

- Other duties as assigned by the company/Manager

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on machinery maintenance experience

- Strong practical, hands-on experience in mechanical servicing and machinery troubleshooting is mandatory

- Strong electrical knowledge and skills (such as the ability to read and interpret electrical circuits/drawings) are highly preferred to effectively manage modernized, computerized equipment.

- Responsible, team work and able to work independently

- Time management and able to work in fast-pace environment

- Hands-on and good personality

Compensation

- Work location: Woodlands, Singapore

- Working hours: Mon to Fri 7am - 5pm, Sat (Voluntarily) 7am - 4.30pm / 5.30pm

- Break time: 1 hour

- Overtime pay

- Monthly allowances upon confirmation

- Entitled for AWS

- Performance bonus (subject to individual and company's performance)

- Uniform will be provided
