Salary: Up to $7000 + completion bonus

Working hour: 830am-545pm (Mon-Thu); 830am - 515pm (Fri)

Location: Pioneer

• Screen and shortlist resumes submitted via various career portals, conduct phone screening and surface potential candidates who meet the job requirements to hiring managers
• Pro-actively source and reach out to potential candidates to engage them on career opportunities with company
• Plan and coordinate recruitment events such as recruitment fairs/ career talks to maintain a strong employer brand presence
• Identify opportunities and drive improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment workflows and processes
