Accountant

We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Accountant to manage full spectrum accounting functions and support our finance operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, FixedAssets, BankReconciliation)
  • Payment processing and SOA reconciliation.
  • Verify invoices and ensure accuracy prior to paymentprocessing
  • Perform month-end closing and and Bank reconciliations
  • Manage intercompany recharges and reconciliations
  • Maintain and organize accounting records and supportingdocumentation.
  • Prepare schedules for fixed deposits, investments, interestincome and accounting schedules.
  • Liaise with outsourced accounting firm, prepare and providedocuments and schedules for accounting transactions.
  • Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accountingstandards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience (full setpreferred)
  • Familiar with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advancedExcel skills (INDEX-MATCH, SUMIF/SUMIFS, PivotTables, PivotCharts)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
