We are looking for friendly and service-oriented individuals to support daily centre operations and deliver a great customer experience.
What you’ll do
• Front-desk customer service (students & parents)
• Handle enquiries, registrations, scheduling & payments
• Recommend suitable programmes & support enrolment
• Assist in centre operations, events & workshops
• Manage feedback and service recovery
What we’re looking for
Customer service / retail / education experience preferred
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Comfortable working weekends
Positive, outgoing, service-oriented personality
Able to work across island-wide centres if needed
