WSHO Responsibilities
- Conduct safety follow-up and monitoring for EPI (Equipment, Plant & Installation) decommissioning, decontamination, and dismantling activities.
- Ensure all work activities comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements, risk assessments, and safe work procedures.
- Provide safety support and guidance for contractor management activities, including monitoring contractor compliance with site safety requirements.
- Review and support Permit-to-Work (PTW) processes to ensure proper authorization, control measures, and compliance before work commencement.
- Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and follow up on safety observations, corrective actions, and improvement measures.
- Support incident prevention initiatives through hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety briefings/toolbox meetings.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders on WSH matters during project activities.
- Maintain proper WSH documentation, reports, and records as required by regulatory and project requirements.
Requirements
- Required MOM registered safety officer.
- Preferred with Semiconductor industry experience
