Responsibilities
· Managed end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including PCP registration, bank account setup, and distribution of PPE, uniforms, and other essential items.
· Prepared, verified, and submitted documentation for workers' dormitory registration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Maintained accurate and up-to-date workers records, HR databases, and personnel documentation while ensuring data confidentiality.
· Managed the administration of work passes, including new applications, renewals, transfers, cancellations, and coordination of flight arrangements for employees deployment and repatriation.
· Administered payroll, including overtime (OT) calculations, salary processing, and payroll verification for employees.
· Coordinated employees medical and welfare matters by arranging medical appointments, processing insurance, FWMI and WICA claims, and maintaining related records.
· Planned, coordinated, and tracked mandatory employees training programs to ensure compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
· Acted as the primary HR liaison for employees, providing timely support on employment matters, welfare, accommodation, work passes, payroll, and other HR-related matters.
· Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
· Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience especially in payroll processing. Experience with construction industry is a plus.
· Strong knowledge and practical understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
· Possess good written and verbal communications skills in English
· Proficient in MS office applications (Eg. Outlook, Excel, Word)
· Able to work independently and excellent team player
· Positive attitude and willing to learn
