Job Scope

• Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work and managing correspondences to stakeholders.

• Support in matters related to finance (e.g. processing invoices) and/or procurement (e.g. coordinating the purchase of food and supplies).

• Handle telephone calls/emails and inquiries from stakeholders.

Requirements

• Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.

• Good communication skills and comfortable engaging stakeholders.

• Ability to multitask with good time management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Experience in customer service or front desk-related operations.

Duration: 3 Months (Jul 26 to Oct 26)

Location: Telok Blangah

Salary: $2300/Month

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

• Fridays: 7:00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
