Roles & Responsibilities

Quotation & Tender Management

* Prepare, review, and submit competitive quotations for projects, specializing in fire pump and plumbing systems.

* Handle customer inquiries, prepare cost estimates, and provide timely follow-up to secure orders.

* Coordinate and compile all required documentation for tender and project submissions in compliance with local standards.

Technical & Project Coordination

* Support in pump selection and system configuration to meet project technical specifications.

* Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and commercial clarifications.

* Assist project teams in ensuring materials, quotations, and submissions meet client requirements and deadlines.

Management & Administrative Support

* Perform general office administration, filing, and documentation control to ensure smooth daily operations.

* Prepare meeting materials, reports, and correspondence as required by management.
