Job Description:

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, subcontracts, and agreements.

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, VO cost analysis and submit VO quotation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, site teams, and finance departments.

  • Monitor project costs, budget allocations, and cash flow forecasts.

  • Support the preparation and submission of progress claims, variations, and final accounts.

  • Identify potential contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and company policies.

  • Prepare regular reports on contractual, commercial, and financial matters.

  • Maintain and update contract documentation records.

Requirements:

  • Degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in contract management in MRT projects

  • Willing to work in the East.
