TECHNICAL MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage construction and fit-out projects from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on technical and project-related matters.
  • Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure works are completed according to schedule.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
  • Manage project documentation, submissions, and approvals where required.
  • Support management in resource planning, budgeting, and project execution.
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, renovation, fit-out, or project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, technical drawings, and site coordination.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
