TECHNICAL MANAGER

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction and fit-out projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on technical and project-related matters.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure works are completed according to schedule.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Manage project documentation, submissions, and approvals where required.
- Support management in resource planning, budgeting, and project execution.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, renovation, fit-out, or project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, technical drawings, and site coordination.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
