Job Overview

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin cum HR Assistant to support daily office operations, human resource administration, work pass matters, and travel coordination.

This position is ideal for candidates who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Corporate Administration. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Administration

  • Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employment documents and maintenance of employee records.
  • Support payroll administration, attendance tracking, leave management, and employee claims processing.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records in accordance with company policies.
  • Prepare HR-related documentation and reports as required.

Work Pass Administration

  • Assist with work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other employment-related submissions through the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) portal.
  • Monitor work pass validity and maintain proper documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Travel & Visa Coordination

  • Coordinate business travel arrangements including flight bookings, accommodation reservations, visa applications, and travel documentation.
  • Liaise with travel agencies, visa service providers, and external vendors to ensure smooth travel arrangements.

General Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office administrative duties, including document filing, correspondence, courier arrangements, and office coordination.
  • Maintain office supplies, company assets, and administrative records.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, company events, and ad-hoc projects assigned by management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support smooth business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum ITE, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in administration, HR support, payroll, work pass administration, or travel coordination will be an advantage.
