Job Summary
Collaborate with engineers and architects to define project requirements. Lead contract negotiations and resource planning to meet budgets and deadlines. Supervise labor teams and coordinate with vendors and business development to secure and deliver successful construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to define detailed project specifications and requirements
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to secure profitable and favorable agreements
- Determine and allocate necessary manpower, equipment, and materials throughout project lifecycle within budget limits
- Plan construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure timely project completion
- Acquire equipment and materials, monitor inventory levels, and address shortages promptly
- Supervise laborers and mechanics, providing guidance to ensure quality and safety standards
- Identify and evaluate subcontractors and vendors to award subcontracts and purchase orders effectively
- Partner with Business Development Manager to secure new projects and support business growth
- Maintain and monitor customer relations through project meetings, site visits, and correspondence to ensure client satisfaction
