Key Responsibilities
- Manage finance, accounting, tax, and statutory reporting
- Lead monthly closing, budgeting, and management reporting
- Ensure compliance with IRAS, ACRA, GST, and corporate tax requirements
- Oversee payroll and government submissions
- Manage the IT team and business systems
- Drive process improvements and support strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Min. Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of finance and accounting experience, with leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Singapore tax, statutory reporting, and compliance
- Experience overseeing or working closely with IT teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
