Job Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technology and business positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
  • Develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments.
  • Manage employer branding initiatives.
  • Build talent pipelines.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency.
  • Support onboarding activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Experience recruiting Technology and Product roles is highly preferred.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations is preferred.
