Building Services Manager
KOH BROTHERS BUILDING & CIVIL ENGINEERING CONTRACTOR (PTE.) LTD.
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Building Services Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of building services systems.
Role Responsibilities
To manage building services site coordination among contractors.
To attend site coordination meetings and discuss with consultants and owners.
To chair building services co-ordination meetings.
To check sub-contractors’ submissions.
To check on sub-contractor’s site work progress and quality.
To provide weekly and monthly building services site progress.
To advise PM on any changes which affect cost and time.
To check and highlight any discrepancies and inconsistencies in the tender specifications and drawings.
Assisting Tender Dept on building services scope.
Requesting tender bids from building services contractors and assess their returns.
Role Authority
To have access to all tender drawings, specifications and tender prices and schedule.
To allow building services design changes that do not affect cost, time and design intent, that is to suit site conditions.
Role Requirements
Degree holder.
5 to 10 years’ experience in relevant construction industry.
