Locum Homecare, Senior / Staff Nurse (Palliative), Up to $32 /hr #HKH

• This role will be abit more like case management – manage the care plan for the patients
• You will be the key person who will make the most difference as you make home visits to provide palliative care and recommend psycho-social support to our terminally ill patients and their families.
• You will be part of the most dedicated, compassionate and caring teams comprising doctors, nurses and medical social workers providing an all-in-one professional care to patients at home at all hours, seven days a week.v

Requirements

• Min. Diploma / Degree in Nursing
• Min 2 to 3 years of Homecare / ICU / Palliative nursing experience

Mon to Fri, office hours
